Yes. EU, EEA and Swiss citizens buy on the same terms as Polish citizens. Citizens of other countries generally need a permit from the Ministry of the Interior - but buying a standalone apartment is normally exempt from that requirement, which is the case for most buyers in Warsaw. Buying a house with land is a different matter and usually does need the permit.
No. We handle the process in your language. One thing to plan for: the notarial deed is executed in Polish, and if you do not speak Polish the notary will require a sworn translator to be present. We arrange that.
Neither is strictly required to purchase, though both make the process considerably easier in practice - particularly for transferring funds and for anything that follows the purchase, such as utilities. We will tell you which ones are worth arranging in your specific situation.
Yes. We run video viewings and can carry out the initial search and shortlist before you arrive, so that a trip to Warsaw is spent on a handful of serious candidates rather than on browsing.
